Aligned Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Practitioner to deliver high-quality, person-centred services for NDIS participants in a community-based role with travel within a reasonable radius from home.
You will conduct comprehensive behaviour assessments, develop and implement PBSPs, and work with participants, families and a multidisciplinary team to improve quality of life and daily living for diverse client needs.
