We're looking for confident, driven people to join our growing Happy Travels team in beautiful Byron Bay.This isn't a sit-back-and-wait-for-the-phone-to-ring kind of role.
It's fast-paced, social, energetic and hands-on.You'll be speaking with travellers from around the world, jumping on red-hot inbound enquiries, booking appointments, building relationships and turning travel conversations into unforgettable trips.One day you could be planning an epic East Coast Australia adventure, combining campervan road trips with Whitsundays sailing, K'gari camping and bucket-list activities.The next, you could be helping someone escape to a tropical island in Fiji, road trip around Current Zealand, explore Hobbiton or plan their next adventure further abroad.And yes, you get rewarded for selling it.RETAIL OR ONLINE.
PICK YOUR STRENGTH.Retail SalesLove meeting people?
You'll be face-to-face with travellers, building rapport, creating excitement, understanding what they want from their trip and turning conversations into bookings.Online SalesStrong on the phone and online?
You'll manage high-intent inbound leads across phone, webchat and messaging, build your sales pipeline, follow up opportunities and close deals.Either way, this is a sales role and we're looking for people who genuinely want to perform.YOU'LL FIT RIGHT IN IF YOU:Have proven sales experience in a target-driven environmentAre confident, outgoing and comfortable starting conversationsLove targets,
