We are looking to build our care team with a variety of experienced Registered and Enrolled Nurses who are able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.Nurse Next Door is a premium home care service provider that enables people to live a fulfilling life at home for as long as possible, regardless of age or ability.

This role offers dedicated 1-on-1 client care, allowing you to truly focus on the client outcomes that matter.Casual or Permanent Part Time roles are available for the right applicant.ResponsibilitiesCatheter Management: Independent management, insertion, and removal of Suprapubic Catheters (SPC) and Indwelling Catheters (IDC)Wound Care: Comprehensive management of simple and complex wound dressingsMedication Administration: Safe medication management and clinical health monitoringCare Collaboration:
Partnering with clinical leadership and families to deliver safe, person-centred care plansConduct Nursing AssessmentsWhy We'll love youRelevant experience as a NurseYou will have relevant experience/knowledge in wound care, catheterisation, medication management, diabetes management and manual handling practicesYou are a self-led leader with the ability to take responsibility and ownership for your work performanceYou are exceptionally well organized, demonstrate impeccable time management skills, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skillsYou will be able to work in a fast-paced environment where you are flexible, adaptable and able to respond easily to last minute changes or challengesYou will be genuinely compassionate, and show passion about making a difference in the lives of those you meetBe proficient in the use of technology across different software systems and applications.Desirables, these are not required but an added bonus if you have the below;Previous community care experience in the field of NDIS and Aged CareWhy You'll Love UsOur people promise!
