VET Trainer/Assessor - Supply Chain Logistics (Cert. II and / or III)We are seeking an experienced and motivated Supply Chain Operations Trainer & Assessor to deliver high-quality training and assessment across Certificate II and Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations.
The role will involve a combination of practical and classroom-based training, assessment, student support and industry engagement.
The successful applicant will work with students to develop practical skills and knowledge relevant to warehousing, logistics, distribution and supply chain environments.
This is a hands-on training role suited to someone who has genuine industry experience and can bring real-world examples, practices and expectations into the training workplace.Key responsibilitiesDeliver engaging, practical and industry-relevant training for Certificate II and Certificate III studentsFacilitate both theoretical and practical learning activitiesDemonstrate workplace practices, processes, equipment and procedures relevant to supply chain operationsAdapt training delivery to accommodate different learning abilities, experience levels and support needsProvide clear explanations,



demonstrations and instructions to studentsIncorporate real-world workplace examples and scenarios into trainingMaintain a positive, inclusive and professional learning environmentConduct valid, fair, reliable and flexible assessmentAssess practical skills, knowledge and workplace behaviours against unit requirementsProvide constructive feedback to studentsAbout youTAE***** Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or an accepted equivalentRelevant vocational competency in Supply Chain Operations / Warehousing / LogisticsDemonstrated competency and/or currency relevant to the units being delivered and assessedRecent and relevant experience in warehousing, logistics, distribution, supply chain or related operationsPractical understanding of warehouse and supply chain environmentsDemonstrated experience delivering vocational education and trainingDemonstrated ability to conduct compliant assessmentUnderstanding of competency-based assessmentCurrent Working with Children Check, where required
