With a strong reputation and a loyal membership base, the organisation is focused on building the capability and connection of its members throughout their careers.About the RoleIn this role you will be the first point of contact for all inbound enquiries across membership, courses, events and webinars.
You'll take ownership of enquiries from first contact through to resolution while delivering a high-quality member experience.You'll also manage CRM updates, membership administration, learner enrolments and financial transactions.
This role suits someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and delivering personalised support.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the first point of contact for inbound enquiries, delivering a professional and personalised experienceManage and resolve enquiries relating to membership, courses, events, webinars and general enquiriesTake ownership of enquiries from initial contact through to resolution, minimising handoffs and delivering a positive member experienceMaintain and update CRM and client reporting data to support accuracy and integrityManage membership subscriptions and process learner enrolments across public, in-house and scholarship programsProcess financial transactions, including invoicing, payments and refunds with a high degree of accuracyCollaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues,
