Key ResponsibilitiesAs Store Manager, you will lead the team to provide an exceptional customer experience.
You will work collaboratively with your team to achieve and exceed your store KPI's and the company's objectives.You will:Lead from the front through busy service periodsDrive upselling and salesCoach baristas and cafe team members on service standardsManage service flowManage stock ordering, waste, labour and roster planningCycle through shifts to support the opening and closing teamsSkills and ExperiencePrevious hospo experience is a must!
