If you enjoy working in a homeware wholesale/retail environment and love delivering great customer service, we are looking for you.This position is offered as an 18-month fixed-term contract.This is a great prospect to create and make this role your own.In this role, you will support the sales team through a combination of customer service, administration, and system-based tasks, including working within our ERP system (Pronto or similar) to manage orders, customer information, and product data.To be successful in this role you will have:Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a wholesale or retail homeware workplace including administration duties related to salesAdvanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel proficiency including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functionsExperience working with ERP systems (such as Pronto or similar),



including order processing and data managementAccurate data entry skills, with strong attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skillsSelf-motivation with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, showing initiative and a proactive approachA vibrant, enthusiastic and outgoing natureFlexibility to assist with other ad-hoc duties that may arise in our showroomYou are a well-organised and collaborative team player, pragmatic in your approach to providing quality customer service, and appreciate the importance of getting the details right when processing administration, particularly in a fast-paced environment.The role may also cover some reception desk duties such as meeting and greeting our retail buyers.If you are excited to become part of a dedicated, passionate team and believe you have the commitment we are looking for.We sincerely thank all applicants for their interest in joining our team.
