Boston Projects Group is a project marketing and real estate agency looking for a proactive, hands‐on Marketing Manager to drive marketing across an exciting portfolio of residential and retirement living developments.
Working closely with the Managing Director, you'll take ownership of campaigns from start to finish—branding, digital marketing, project launches, display suites, social media, events, sales collateral and everything in between.

websites and project marketing collateralOversee Meta and Google Ads campaigns including optimisation and reportingManage creative direction for display suites, signage, brochures and project brandingLead and mentor a small internal marketing team while managing external agencies and suppliersOwn and grow the company's corporate brand across all channels and touchpointsCreate high-level pitch presentations and marketing material for new business opportunitiesUse modern AI tools and technology to drive smarter, faster marketing executionAbout youProactive and hands‐on approach to marketingExperience in creating, writing, coordinating and executing marketing initiatives
