You will design and implement CMDB-focused ITSM solutions, translating business requirements into robust technical solutions.You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain and enhance ServiceNow applications, perform testing, and provide support.
Knowledge of Glide, REST APIs, ITIL, and CMDB concepts is essential.
