Working closely with the Learning team, People & Culture colleagues, leaders and external providers, you'll ensure learning programs run smoothly from start to finish.

and have a learning mindset.This is a permanent role, based at our Liverpool office and requires travel to other SGCH office locations as required.DutiesOrganise and support the delivery of training sessions, including scheduling, setup rooms and communication with team membersManage the organisation‐wide learning calendarMaintain learning records in the LMS, including enrolments and completionsPrepare various learning reports and updatesProvide day‐to‐day administrative support for L&D; activities and requestsCoordinate study assistance and respond to learner queriesLook for ways to improve processes and the learning experienceWork with internal teams and external training providersActively role‐model SGCH's values and support a safe, inclusive workplaceDesired Skills and ExperienceDemonstrated experience in administration or customer service, with a strong emphasis on coordination of training, events and record-keeping, as well as providing general support to enable effective coordination within the team.
Desirable knowledge in contemporary learning and development practices.Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to explain concepts simply and clearly, with diverse communities and teams.Demonstrated professionalism, strong organisational and time‐management skills, and a high level of accuracy.High proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and other common digital tools, with a strong willingness to learn recent and emerging technologies, including Learning Management Systems (LMS).
