Our clinicians work directly with clients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence, mobility and quality of life.About the RoleWe are seeking a passionate Physiotherapist to join our fully community-based team.This role involves travelling to clients in their own homes across your allocated area.You will support clients with mobility, strength, balance, pain management and functional goals, helping them remain independent and engaged in their everyday lives.What You'll Be DoingConduct physiotherapy assessments in clients' homesDevelop and deliver personalised, evidence-based treatment plansSupport mobility, strength, balance, pain management and functional goalsWork collaboratively with clients,



families and other healthcare professionalsComplete clinical documentation and track client outcomesTravel throughout your allocated community area to provide servicesWhat We're Looking ForQualified Physiotherapist with AHPRA registrationExperience in aged care, community health or NDIS is highly regardedStrong clinical reasoning and a person-centred approachExcellent communication and teamwork skillsAbility to work independently in a mobile, community-based roleValid Australian working rights and relevant insurancesWhy Join Generation Care?
