You will play an important role in promoting residents' independence, dignity, and quality of life while ensuring clinical excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with individual care plans.Administer medications and treatments within your scope of practice.Monitor residents' health and promptly report changes in condition.Maintain accurate clinical documentation and resident records.Support residents with their physical, emotional, and social wellbeing.Collaborate effectively with Registered Nurses, care staff, allied health professionals, residents, and families.Promote a safe, respectful,



and inclusive environment.Comply with organisational policies, aged care standards, and infection prevention and control procedures.What we're looking forCurrent registration as an Enrolled Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA).
Experience in aged care or a strong interest in working with older people.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Solid clinical assessment and time management skills.A compassionate, resident-focused approach to care.The ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.Alan David Lodge is located on the Surf coast Highway in Charlemont, just a short drive from both the Geelong CBD and coastal surroundings.This 108-bed facility service offers both residential care and transition care beds, with 74 residential high level care beds and 34 transitional care beds.Lead by exceptional senior staff who prioritise holistic patient care and the continued education and development of their staff.Located within Barwon Health's McKellar Centre in North Geelong, Blakiston Lodge is a caring and supportive home for people living with dementia and mental illness.
