Industry Talent Pty Ltd – Maroochydore QLDAn exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Payroll Manager to join the head office of a rapidly growing national retail business based in Maroochydore.With a large workforce across Australia and New Zealand and continued growth ahead, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership of payroll, improving processes and working within a fast-paced, people-focused business.You will take responsibility for the end-to-end payroll function across Australia and New Zealand, while leading and developing a small payroll team.The RoleReporting into senior finance leadership, your responsibilities will include:Managing end-to-end payroll across Australia and Recent ZealandOverseeing payroll for a large, multi-site workforceLeading and supporting a small payroll teamEnsuring accurate and timely processing of weekly and fortnightly payrollsManaging superannuation, PAYG, payroll tax and statutory obligationsEnsuring compliance with relevant awards, legislation and employment requirementsManaging payroll reporting, reconciliations and month-end requirementsWorking closely with Finance, HR and operational teamsIdentifying opportunities to improve payroll processes,



systems and controlsSupporting the business as it continues to grow and evolveAbout YouWe are looking for an experienced payroll professional who is confident taking ownership of a complex payroll environment.You will ideally have:Strong end-to-end payroll experiencePrevious experience managing or leading a payroll functionExperience within a multi-site or high-volume environmentStrong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, awards and complianceExcellent attention to detail and problem-solving skillsStrong systems capabilityA practical, hands-on approach and willingness to get involvedExperience with New Zealand payroll will be highly regardedWhy Apply?
