You'llbe responsible for:Preparing all menu items in a protected and efficient manner.Ordering and receiving stock.Ensuring that all utensils and equipment are clean and sanitised before use.Cleaning and closing the kitchen at the end of the day.To be successfulyou'llhave:Experience using commercial grade knivesProven ability to follow detailed make-guides and recipesExcellent work ethic and attention to detailAvailability to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays asrequiredA strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practicesPreferred: A minimum of 6 months food handling experience.Available for early morning starts from 4:30am.
