While this is not a traditional SIL house, many supports are SIL‐style and focus on daily routines, personal care, independence and individual goals.Your responsibilities may include:Personal care and daily living supportAssisting with routines and household tasksCommunity access and social participationTransport to appointments and activitiesDomestic assistance and meal preparationMedication prompting or administration (where authorised)Positive encouragement, mentorship and role‐modellingSupporting confidence, life skills and independenceHelping participants work toward personal goalsProviding calm, structured and consistent supportCompleting progress notes via smartphoneWhat We're Looking ForWe're seeking dependable,



respectful workers who are confident working independently and committed to participant‐focused support.Ideally you will have:At least 3 months' experience in disability support, aged care, personal care or similarApplicants must have strong written and spoken English skills for explicit communication, accurate documentation and client safety.
