and internal stakeholders via professional Outlook emails and phone callsMonitoring pending cases to ensure timely closure of operational tasks and exception managementSupporting process improvement initiatives to continually enhance operational efficiencyAbout You2 to 3 years of operational experience within any industry (exposure to NBFC, banking, or financial services is highly regarded)Intermediate to advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (experienced with VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF, COUNTIF, Pivot Tables, Data Validation, and Conditional Formatting)Strong experience in handling day to day operations using Excel based trackers and financial reportingExcellent verbal and written communication skills with robust confidence in making and receiving client callsExceptional attention to detail, strong problem solving capabilities, and a process driven mindsetAbility to manage multiple tasks, work under deadlines, and operate independently with minimal supervisionBachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline (additional MS Excel or Operations certifications are advantageous)Your New CompanyOur client a dynamic and expanding financial services organisation dedicated to providing top tier financing solutions to their clients.
