With Professionalism, Care And Attention To Detail, You Will
Cleaning & Service Delivery
Complete daily cleaning duties across resident rooms, common areas and facilitiesMaintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and infection preventionClean bathrooms, laundries, kitchenettes, corridors and shared living spacesVacuum, mop, dust and maintain furniture, fixtures and fittingsEnsure cleaning schedules are completed efficiently and consistentlyMonitor cleaning supplies and report stock requirements when needed

Contribute to residents' wellbeing through positive and caring interactionsSupport a welcoming and comfortable environment for all residents
Administration & Compliance
Maintain accurate cleaning records where requiredEnsure cleaning equipment is maintained, used safely and stored correctlyFollow organisational policies and cleaning proceduresSupport continuous improvement initiatives within the workplace
Safety & Workplace Culture
Maintain a safe, clean and organised work environmentFollow workplace health and safety requirements and safe work practicesReport hazards, incidents and risks in accordance with organisational procedures
What You'll Bring
You are reliable, practical and take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
What's Required
Minimum 2 years of previous cleaning experience or laundry experience1-2 years in following safe work practicesNDIS Worker screening check (or willingness to obtain)Ability to work independently and as part of a teamGood communication and interpersonal skills
What's Preferred
1- 2 years of experience working in aged care, healthcare, hospitality or similar environmentsCertificate III in Hospitality or willingness to work towards itUnderstanding of infection control and cleaning standards
