Inspire young minds.Journey Early Learning Riverhills is looking for an experienced Diploma-qualified Lead Educator to join our Kinder Room, supporting children aged 3–5 years.Working closely alongside our Early Childhood Teacher and a collaborative team of educators, you'll play an key role in creating engaging learning experiences that support children's development, confidence and readiness for their next stage of learning.This is a great opportunity for an educator who enjoys leading by example, mentoring others and working as part of a team to create a positive and engaging Kinder environment.Permanent Part-time | Monday to Friday | 37.5 hours per weekWhat You'll Be DoingLeading and supporting educators within the Kinder RoomWorking closely alongside the ECT to support the delivery of the kindergarten programCreating engaging, play-based learning experiences aligned with the EYLFSupporting children's learning, development, wellbeing and growing independenceBuilding meaningful relationships with children and familiesMentoring educators and contributing to a positive, collaborative team cultureContributing to Storypark documentation and children's learning journeysMaintaining a safe,
