steel and palletised goodsManual handling and movement of stock during container unpackingLoading and unloading trucksMoving and putting away palletised stockAssisting with the packing and unpacking of shipping containersReplenishing warehouse pick locationsReceiving and processing inbound stockPreparing, packing and labelling outbound stock for dispatchPicking and packing customer orders as requiredCompleting stock counts and assisting with inventory controlMaintaining a clean, safe and organised warehouseWorking safely around pedestrians, vehicles and other warehouse equipmentTo be successful in this role, you will have:Previous experience operating a forklift in a busy warehouse environmentPrevious experience loading and unloading trucksPrevious warehouse/storeperson experienceGood understanding of safe forklift and warehouse practicesA strong focus on safety, accuracy and productivityClear communication and teamwork skillsA reliable, proactive and self-motivated approachAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environmentWillingness to assist with general warehouse, pick/pack and container work when requiredWe are looking for someone who is confident and experienced on a forklift but is also willing to get off the forklift and assist the warehouse team when required.If you're looking for a stable full-time role with genuine overtime opportunities and want to join a growing family-owned business, we'd love to hear from you.
