We are partnering with an established and growing orthopaedic medical device business to recruit a Territory Manager for Brisbane, covering Brisbane CBD, Redcliffe, Logan and Ipswich.The role will focus on hip & knee arthroplasty, working closely with orthopaedic surgeons, theatre teams and hospital stakeholders to support procedures, develop relationships and grow the territory.The OpportunityThis is a hands-on territory role where you will have the opportunity to develop genuine relationships with surgeons and clinical stakeholders while taking ownership of your territory's commercial growth.You'll be responsible for:Managing and growing the Brisbane territoryDeveloping relationships with orthopaedic surgeons,
hospitals and key stakeholdersProviding in-theatre clinical and technical supportIdentifying and developing new business opportunitiesSupporting surgeons throughout proceduresBuilding strong customer relationships and becoming a trusted clinical partnerWorking closely with the wider commercial and clinical teamDeveloping expertise across the company's hip & knee portfolioWe're looking for someone with clinical credibility, commercial drive, strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with surgeons.What You'll BringExperience within orthopaedics, trauma, surgery or medical devicesStrong theatre experience and confidence in a surgical environmentExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsA proactive, commercially minded approachThe ability to identify opportunities and develop new businessA genuine interest in orthopaedics and medical technologyFull Australian driver's licenceWhat's On Offer?
