You'll hold Project Managers accountable for notices, claims and reporting obligations, keep our payment claims and schedules airtight under BIFA and SOPA, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks on our contract register.This role carries real autonomy and real exposure, including day-to-day support on complex, delivery-phase disputes.
You'll need to be comfortable holding your ground with Project Managers, subcontractors and client counterparts alike.Some of the must-haves:Degree or diploma in construction management, quantity surveying, law or a related field (equivalent industry experience considered)5+ years in contracts administration in construction, civil engineering or a related industry, including complex or contested contracts during deliveryDemonstrated experience administering payment claims and schedules under BIFA and/or SOPAStrong working knowledge of AS****,
