An exciting opportunity has become available for an experiencedService Scheduler / Plannerto join their Mount Waverley team.ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Service Operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating a national service function, ensuring resources, materials, and personnel are scheduled effectively to meet customer requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesSchedule and coordinate work for a national team of field engineers and contractorsLiaise with customers to arrange service visits and project requirementsCoordinate tools, equipment, parts,
and materials required for site workManage inbound and outbound logistics activitiesMaintain contractor management systems and site access requirementsUpdate and maintain service information within internal systemsSupport service operations through effective planning and administrationCommunicate with internal stakeholders to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and on scheduleYour ProfileTo be successful in this role, you will possess:Previous experience in a Scheduler, Planner, Service Coordinator, Logistics Coordinator, or similar roleStrong organisational and prioritisation skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesThe ability to manage multiple tasks and changing prioritiesStrong computer literacy and administration skillsThe ability to work independently and use initiativeExperience coordinating field technicians, contractors, or service personnel is highly regardedSAP experienceSalesforce Field Service or Salesforce CRM exposureLogistics, warehousing, or inventory coordination experienceCurrent Forklift Licence is requiredWhat's on Offer?
