Someone who enjoys meeting people, isn't afraid to pick up the phone, is motivated by results and wants to learn from some of the best in the business.What you'll be doing:Daily prospecting: calls, door knocking, database follow-up and networkingGenerating new leads and identifying new business opportunitiesConnecting with potential vendors and building genuine relationshipsBooking appraisals and helping build a robust sales pipelineAttending open homes and engaging with buyersSupporting listings, campaigns and day-to-day sales activityMaintaining and developing your databaseFollowing up leads and turning conversations into opportunitiesLearning the full sales process from prospecting through to successful campaigns and salesWorking alongside experienced agents while progressively building your own skills,
