We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Consultant to join our team at the La-Z-Boy retail store in Birtinya Sunshine Coast, QLD.
As a full-time Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales of our premium furniture products.Role is 5 days, 38hrs per week Wednesday to Sunday.What you'll be doingProvide exceptional customer service and guide customers through the sales processDemonstrate and showcase our furniture products to customers, highlighting their features and benefitsActively listen to customer needs and preferences to recommend the most suitable solutionsProcess sales transactions and ensure all orders are fulfilled accurately and efficientlyMaintain a clean, well-organised and visually appealing retail environmentSupport the team in achieving sales targets and store objectivesParticipate in ongoing product and sales training to enhance your expertiseWhat we're looking forPrevious experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role, preferably in the furniture or home furnishings industryExceptional interpersonal and communication skills,
