Neerim South Medical Centre – Neerim South VICWhat you'll be doingGreet and welcome patients in a friendly, professional and respectful mannerAnswer incoming calls, respond to patient enquiries, and direct messages appropriatelySchedule and manage appointments, including coordinating with doctors and nurses to support efficient patient flowProcess patient registrations, payments, Medicare claims and other medical billing requirementsMaintain accurate patient records, including scanning, filing and managing incoming correspondenceProvide administrative support to the clinical team and Practice Manager as requiredAssist with recalls, reminders and other patient follow-up processes in accordance with practice proceduresMaintain a high level of patient confidentiality, privacy and attention to detailWork collaboratively with the wider practice team to help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the medical centreProvide a calm, helpful and professional experience for patients,
