Unlike many surgical device roles, this position offers a more balanced lifestyle, with less routine after-hours theatre work while still maintaining strong clinical engagement.The RoleManage a neurosurgery territory across NSW South and ACTPartner with neurosurgeons, theatre nurses, purchasing and clinical stakeholdersDrive growth across a premium portfolio of neurosurgical consumables, implants and capital equipmentSupport product evaluations, onboarding and education within hospital environmentsIdentify growth opportunities across existing and new accountsWork collaboratively with an experienced Victorian and national neuro teamAbout YouYou are a motivated and relationship-focused medical device sales professional who enjoys technically specialised products and working within hospital environments.You will bring:Medical device sales experience within hospitals or surgical environments (essential)Confidence working with surgeons, theatre staff and clinical stakeholdersStrong communication and relationship-building skillsA proactive, self-driven and team-oriented approachCommercial drive and a genuine interest in learningExperience in neurosurgery advantageous but not essentialOR you maybe an ex-theatre nurse with some time as a clinical specialist or in pharmaceutical sales ready to move into med device salesThis role could suit someone currently working within surgical devices, theatre consumables, implants or adjacent medtech specialties looking to move into a highly specialised portfolio.Why join this business?
