Key responsibilities:
Maintain accurate vendor master data using internal systems EFTSURE and SAGELiaising with finance officers and suppliers concerning stock management,



and accountsQuerying invoice items from internal and external business finance officersReconciling supplier statementsHigh Volume processing of invoices into the accounts payable system for specialised suppliersFiling and maintaining supplier recordsChecking and verifying invoice
Skills & Experience
Prior experience with BASWARE & SAGE desirable but not essential.Excellent recent experience in high volume Accounts Payable processingEnd to End Accounts Payable processSupplier statement reconciliationsAble to handle tight deadlines each monthStrong team playerSomeone who isn't afraid to pick up the phone and speak with suppliers/customers or direct callsA team player who contributes by helping and assisting other team members when and if required.Proficiency in Microsoft Office ProductsAvailable to start ASAP
