Hertz is looking for a motivated and reliable Rental Sales & Quality Inspector to join our team.
This varied, hands-on role combines customer service, rental sales, vehicle inspections, and fleet quality control.You'll play an important role in ensuring every customer receives a friendly, professional experience — and every vehicle leaves our location clean, safe, and ready for the road.About the RoleAs our Rental Sales & Quality Inspector, you will assist customers throughout the rental process while helping maintain the presentation and quality of our vehicle fleet.Your duties will include:Providing friendly and professional customer serviceProcessing vehicle rentals, returns and rental agreementsIdentifying customer needs and recommending suitable vehicles and rental productsInspecting vehicles before and after rentalRecording vehicle condition, damage and kilometres accuratelyEnsuring vehicles meet Hertz presentation and quality standardsChecking vehicles are clean, fuelled and ready for the next customerAssisting with general administration and branch operationsAbout YouWe are looking for someone who is enthusiastic,



organised and comfortable working in a busy customer-facing environment.You will ideally have:Strong customer service and communication skillsExcellent attention to detailA professional and positive attitudeConfidence dealing with customers face-to-face and over the phoneGood computer and administration skillsThe ability to work independently and as part of a teamA practical approach and willingness to assist wherever requiredA current Australian driver's licencePrevious experience in vehicle rental, automotive, sales, hospitality or customer service would be highly regardedWhy Join Us?
