Ready to step into the fast lane and support a CEO through a busy period?
Our client, a large and well established property and development company based in Parramatta CBD, is looking for an experienced EA to provide temporary cover for their CEO, a down to earth leader who values accountability and straight talking over ego.About the CompanyOur client is a major name in property and development with a solid Sydneypresence and a reputation for getting things done.
The CEO leads by example, is approachable and hands on, and expects the same accountability and follow through from those around them.About the RoleThis is a hands on, high trust EA role supporting a CEO through a period of temporary cover.
Expect a heavy meeting schedule and a busy inbox that needs constant attention, alongside board packs and presentations that need to be polished and ready to go.
You'll manage a demanding diary, coordinate travel, and act as the CEO's right hand, all while juggling competing priorities with a level head and a no fuss attitude.Core responsibilities include:Managing a heavy meeting schedule and complex diary coordinationTriaging and managing a high volume inbox, prioritising what needs the CEO's attentionCoordinating domestic and international travel arrangementsPreparing board packs, presentations, reports and correspondenceActing as a key point of contact between the CEO, executive team and external stakeholdersOrganising meetings, offsites and events as requiredHandling confidential information with the utmost discretionAbout YouYou've supported a CEO or senior executive before, ideally within property, construction or a related corporate environment, and you're comfortable running a diary and inbox that never slows down.
You're confident putting together polished board packs and presentations, not just formatting someone else's work but genuinely owning the finished product.
You're unflappable under pressure,
a step ahead when it comes to anticipating what's needed, and completely trustworthy with sensitive information.
