and SMSQualifying leads and understanding customer goalsRecommending the right food trailer solutionsBuilding rapport and guiding customers through the buying processFollowing up enquiries and moving them toward purchaseManaging order-related admin and keeping records up to dateProviding accurate info on pricing, features, and delivery timeframesWhat We're Looking ForPrevious sales experience (phone-based or retail) highly regardedExperience in the food, hospitality, or catering industry is a big plusStrong communication skills with a natural ability to build trustConfident closing sales and handling objectionsSelf-motivated with a results-driven mindsetTech-savvy and comfortable working across systemsReliable, organised, and able to work independentlyPositive, upbeat attitude with a customer-first approachWhy Join Us?
