This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on busy services, sets high standards, and knows how to build a strong bar culture through trainingand consistency.What you'll be doingSupporting the Bar Manager in the day-to-day running of the bar operationManaging stock control, ordering, & stocktakeLeading from the front during service: speed, quality, composure, and guest engagementDelivering a high-level cocktail offering: classic execution + modern techniqueDriving cocktail consistency through recipes, specs, prep, garnish and service standardsTraining and mentoring bartenders and FOH team on cocktails, spirits, upselling and serviceAssisting with ordering, stock control, weekly stocktake,
