We are looking for an experienced Reward leader who has moved beyond administering established processes and can demonstrate genuine experience designing and evolving remuneration frameworks and total reward structures.The role will include:Remuneration framework design and ongoing developmentDesign and governance of total reward structuresOwnership of annual salary review and remuneration planning processesRemuneration benchmarking, market analysis and salary structuresGovernance and continuous improvement of STI, bonus, incentive and pay-for-performance programsWorkforce cost analysis, reporting and remuneration governanceExecutive oversight of a large, complex national payroll functionPayroll governance, compliance, controls and auditLeadership within a complex Award and Enterprise Agreement environmentPartnership with Executive Leadership, Finance,
Operations and People & CultureContinued improvement across payroll, remuneration, reporting and supporting technologyAbout you:You will be an established senior Remuneration, Reward or Total Rewards leader with the capability and credibility to operate at GM level.Importantly, you will be able to demonstrate tangible examples of where you have designed or significantly evolved remuneration frameworks, rather than solely administering annual remuneration processes.You will ideally bring a combination of:Deep expertise across Remuneration, Reward and BenefitsProven remuneration framework and total reward design experienceStrong salary benchmarking and market analysis capabilityExperience designing or governing incentive and performance-linked reward programsSenior leadership and executive stakeholder managementExperience overseeing payroll or strong knowledge of payroll governance and complianceExposure to large, operational and/or industrially complex workforcesA commercial, analytical and contemporary approach to RewardThis is an chance to take ownership of two critical functions and help shape how Reward, Remuneration and Payroll operate within a large and evolving organisation.Package: $200k–$250k + super + AICP bonus of up to 20%Working model: Hybrid – 3 days in the office
