TEMPORARY RECEPTIONIST | PERTH CBD | $38 PER HOUR + SUPERWe are currently seeking a polished and personable Receptionist to join a well-established corporate organisation based in the Perth CBD.This is an urgent temporary requirement for someone who is immediately available and looking to secure consistent work within a professional corporate environment.As the first point of contact for the organisation, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and professional experience for clients, visitors and staff.
You'll be joining a friendly and professional team and will be well supported in the role.ABOUT THE ROLEYour day-to-day responsibilities will include:Managing a reception area and welcoming visitors in a professional and friendly mannerAnswering and directing incoming phone callsManaging general enquiries and directing visitors to the appropriate team membersCoordinating meeting rooms and assisting with meeting room bookingsManaging incoming and outgoing mail and deliveriesProviding general administration and office support as requiredAssisting with maintaining a professional and organised front-of-house environmentSupporting the wider office team with ad hoc administrative tasksABOUT YOUWe are looking for someone who is confident, approachable and enjoys being the face of a professional organisation.You will ideally have:Previous experience in reception, front-of-house, administration, hospitality or customer serviceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA polished and skilled presentationStrong organisational skills and attention to detailThe ability to confidently manage multiple tasks and competing prioritiesA friendly and proactive approachStrong computer literacy and the ability to pick up new systems quicklyTHE DETAILSPerth CBD$38 per hour + superannuationTemporary position | Duration: OngoingRegular office hoursFully office based, Monday to FridayImmediate start / urgent requirementWorking Holiday Visa holders encouraged to applyIf you're immediately available and looking for a temporary opportunity within a professional Perth CBD environment, we'd love to hear from you.
