At Nudge Education, we support children and young people who are disengaged from education through tailored mentoring and interventions that help them reconnect, rebuild confidence, and thrive.About the RoleWe are looking for compassionate and adaptable practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs.This is a community-based role, working beyond traditional classrooms to create protected, engaging, and meaningful learning experiences.You will:Deliver tailored intervention sessionsBuild positive and consistent relationships with young peopleMonitor progress and report safeguarding concernsComplete risk assessments and maintain accurate recordsWork collaboratively with families, professionals, and regional teamsWho We're Looking ForYou may come from education, youth work, healthcare, social care, coaching, uniformed services, or other people-focused backgrounds.We value empathy, resilience, creativity,



and the ability to build trust with vulnerable young people.Essential RequirementsMinimum 2 years' relevant experienceExperience supporting young people with SEN and/or SEMH needsFull UK driving licence and access to a vehicleRight to work in the UKAbility to commit to a minimum of three days' availability per week to provide consistency for our young peopleWillingness to obtain business car insurance prior to commencing the roleADD REQUIREMENTS OF RECRUITMENT REQUEST HEREPracticalitiesFlexible opportunities based on location and student match£16-£25 per hour for lead roles, plus agreed expensesMonday-Friday daytime availability requiredConsistent availability is essential to provide stability for young peopleEquality & InclusionWe are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workforce.
