and 5G antenna deployment concepts and NATA accreditation requirementsHaving high level of EME awareness and knowledge of OH&S; issues relating to RF transmitter sitesProvide technical expertise and guidance to a team of Project EngineersLiaise effectively with Client and relevant internal stakeholders (Property/ planning/ structural/ Civil and RF for smooth project deliveryEnsure EME mitigation comply with RPS3 standard and MCF guidelinesMitigate existing EME issues and potential issues caused by change in EME environment because of site expansionsMinimum of 5 to 10 years work experience in Mobile networks or Radio Network planning, design, performance monitoring and optimisationSound understanding of Radio propagation theory and modellingSolid knowledge of antenna design, radio componentry and implementation principles within multi frequency environmentsExperience with site selection and design as well as Radio performance monitoring and optimisationExperience with EME calculations and EME compliance processesSound understanding of Cellular Radio Infrastructure and RAN Features for LTE &5GExcellent communication and presentation skillsUnder general supervision, responsible for moderately complex engineering and/or analytical activities associated with one or more technical areas within the telecom function (such as, but not limited to, network design, engineering, implementation, or operations/user support).
