You will drive business development by qualifying inbound, outbound and web-to-lead prospects, ensuring a high conversion rate for both Banking Solutions and Private Bank Advice teams.In parallel, you will manage and nurture a portfolio of nation-wide High-Net-Worth deposit clients (typically $1m+), acting as their primary point of contact and overseeing the seamless delivery of a suite of banking solutions.
By building deep client relationships and collaborating closely with internal teams and advisers, you will deliver an exceptional, end-to-end client experience with a focus on supporting their banking needs.Your success in the role will be underpinned by ensuring all client requests are handled accurately and efficiently,
