Programmed is looking for Chef to join one of well-known aviation catering service providers, working across Cold/Hot Kitchen in Mascot.Shift: Morning shift 7am - 3pm, Payrate: $***** p/h for AM shiftAfternoon shift 2pm -10pm, Payrate: $***** p/h for PM shiftYour duties include but are not limited to the following:Cook large batches of hot meals using industrial equipment like multi-functional boilers, following strict airline specs and schedulesFollow HACCP guidelines, monitor food and fridge temperatures, and keep the work area cleanDish assembling, fruit portioning, cheese cutting, garnish prepRequirementFor Chef role, must have min Certificate III in commercial cookeryRequire previous knife handling experience in kitchenExperience in bulk cooking enviroment will be highly regardedAvailable to work a 5-day roster (including public holidays, weekends,



and morning or afternoon shifts).
