Peninsula Health in Frankston is seeking a Social Worker in Mental Health to support three inpatient units.
The role involves advanced clinical practice, psychosocial assessments and discharge planning for adults and older adults.
The position is a fixed term part time role (64 hours per fortnight) until July ****, based at Peninsula University Hospital, Frankston.
Applicants should have AAA social work credentials and be eligible for AASW membership.
