Ironside is seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented Project Engineer to join our team, reporting directly to the Structure Project Manager.
This role plays a key part in supporting our structure project teams with the planning, coordination, and delivery of works across Ironside construction projects.
You'll contribute to achieving high standards in quality, safety, time, and cost control.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate structural shop drawings, fabrication tracking, and call-ups across systems including Jumpform, Screens, Masterform, Stairform, and PTManage project documentation and drawing control via Procore and OneDrive for QA and site referencePerform cost tracking, invoice processing, and procurement coordination for structural materialsSupport site teams with timely delivery of drawings and documentation,
maintaining quality and safety standardsSuccessful Candidate Requirements3-4 years' experience in a similar role or in multi-level constructionProficiency in Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, Procore, and relevant construction softwareStrong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentEffective communication and collaboration skills across internal and external stakeholdersBe part of a high-performing team delivering standout structural projectsCareer development opportunities and ongoing support in your qualified growthAn exciting company culture that values and celebrates teamwork, integrity, and innovation
