About the Role
ACTS is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Plant Inspector to join our growing Perth Inspection Team to conduct Plant inspections throughout Western Australia.
You will ideally have experience in a similar inspection role.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a young company and play an important role in our growth journey.
The role is FIFO (rostered or based on a particular job) and throughout Perth and surrounds and will be based out of our High Wycombe office on a Mon - Fri + overtime basis.
Role Accountabilities
Perform inspections, testing and audits using specialist inspection and testing equipment on registered plant (previously classified plant) and equipment.
Produce high quality reports tailored to client requirements.
Use knowledge and skills, from qualifications and experience,
to assess compliance in accordance with relevant WA legislation and Standards.
Provide technical support and advice related to compliance matters to clients.
Liaise with Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety and Worksafe on client's registered plant assets.
Applicants must possess the following:
API510 or AICIP Pressure equipment inspection qualifications and relevant experience in the inspections space.
Good understanding of all relevant Australian Standards applicable to the Plant Inspection role in Western Australia.
Attention to detail, report writing skills, self-motivated to comply with client reporting timelines.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Engineering background would be desirable.
