As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the maintenance, servicing, and repair of a wide range of heavy mobile plant and quarry equipment to ensure maximum efficiency and uptime across our sites.

What you'll do
Conduct scheduled servicing, component rebuilding, fault diagnosis, and repairs on earthmoving and quarrying equipment (e.g. loaders, excavators, dozers, dump trucks, crushers, and screening plants)
Perform breakdown support and reactive maintenance as required
Maintain accurate service records and reports
Ensure compliance with WHS policies and procedures
Work collaboratively with operators and site supervisors to ensure machinery is operating effectively
Effective time management with the ability to carry out work based on site and within the workshop in a timely manner
What we're looking for




Trade qualified Plant Mechanic (Cert III Mobile Plant Technology or Equivalent)
Experience working on heavy earthmoving/quarry equipment
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
High level of safety awareness and a proactive attitude
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Current driver's licence (HR licence highly regarded)
Forklift, EWP, or High-Risk Work Licence (desirable)
