Working closely with housekeeping management and hotel leadership, you will lead, coach, and develop teams while maintaining productivity, quality, and compliance standards across the operation.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise daily housekeeping operationsConduct detailed room inspections and quality auditsManage VIP arrivals, special requests, and guest recovery situationsTrain, mentor, and develop Room Attendants to achieve high performanceAllocate room assignments and manage daily workforce planningMonitor team productivity, including Minutes Per Room (MPR) targetsManage key control procedures and housekeeping documentationCoordinate roster requirements in line with occupancy levelsHandle operational issues, callouts, and guest concerns professionallyConduct stock audits of linen, amenities, and housekeeping suppliesMaintain workplace safety standards and chemical handling complianceLiaise with hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiencesWhat We're LookingTo be successful in this role,
