Deliver production-grade solutions end-to-end, from architecture through to deployment
Work within AI-assisted agentic development workflows with human oversight at every stage
Contribute to platform tooling, developer experience and internal accelerators
Take ownership of outcomes — not just tickets
What we're looking for
Solid understanding of software engineering principles and design patterns
Robust proficiency in at least one of our core stacks (React, Node.js, TypeScript, .NET)
Hands-on cloud and DevOps experience with AWS or Azure (ideally both), including infrastructure-as-code
Familiarity with or genuine enthusiasm for AI-assisted development workflows and agentic tooling
A builder's mindset — comfortable operating in a fast-moving technology space
