Noble Lakeside Park is seeking a reliable and practical Grounds & Maintenance Worker to join our team at our over-50s lifestyle community in Kingscliff.About the roleThis is a varied, hands-on role for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in presentation and is willing to turn their hand to a range of maintenance tasks.
You don't need to be an expert in everything.
What matters most is a good attitude, strong work ethic and pride in a job well done.Key responsibilitiesGarden and grounds maintenance including mowing, edging, weeding, pruning, fertilising and mulchingPalm tree pruning using appropriate equipmentIrrigation and pump maintenanceGeneral maintenance of buildings and facilitiesKeeping grounds and communal areas clean and well presentedIdentifying and reporting maintenance issuesCaring for tools,



equipment and company vehiclesGeneral handyman and maintenance tasks as requiredAbout youReliable, punctual and hardworkingExperienced in grounds, gardening or general maintenancePractical and able to use initiativeComfortable working independently and as part of a teamFriendly and respectful when dealing with residentsCommitted to safe work practicesWilling to learn and take on diverse dutiesExperience with irrigation, pool maintenance, horticulture, fencing or general handyman work would be highly regarded.Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:00pmAbove Award wages based on experienceVaried and practical workFriendly team environmentAbout us:Noble Lakeside Park is an over-50s lifestyle community in Kingscliff NSW.
