You will align training pathways from Level 3 to Level 6 with internal staff and external delegates, ensuring ESFA compliance and robust performance across academies.
You will lead development of the workforce training pathway, coordinate with the Director of School Improvement, and balance regulatory requirements with the trust's commercial ambitions.
