This role is part of our Sydney projects team.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring flawless delivery to meet customer expectations and needs, including on-time and on-budget completion of a variety of projects.
You will build and maintain excellent customer relationships and demonstrate strong organizational and technical innovation skills in a fast‐paced environment.
Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and prepare project deliverables required to initiate, develop, and execute assigned projects.
Supply leadership and manage projects to meet performance and project requirements.
Ensure project financial status is regularly reviewed and updated.
Maintain high quality of work and compliance with OHS&E; standards.




Effectively manage customer and contractor relationships.
Identify opportunities for improvement and solutions that enable continuous organizational initiatives.
Demonstrate discipline, professionalism, ethics, and accuracy under limited timeframe pressures.
Qualifications
Trade certificate in Electrical/HVAC or an engineering qualification with BMS or HVAC experience.
Strong background in Building Automation Systems (BAS) and overall design intent, controller product design, and alternative solutions.
Experience conducting Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).
Competent computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Project, and Visio.
BIM and AutoCAD skills are advantageous.
Ability to adapt and develop through digital transformation.
