You'll understand their goals, explain their options and confidently guide their decision.
This is a hands-on sales role combining consultations, patient care and clinic administration, with clear accountability for initial enrolments, retention and subsequent program sales.

Job Description
The role
This is a full-time, clinic-based position working
76 hours per fortnight on a roster across Monday to Saturday
.
You'll manage the patient relationship from the first consultation through progress reviews and ongoing treatment decisions.
Success comes from understanding what matters to each patient, communicating value and following through consistently.
What you'll do
Consult and sell
Conduct initial consultations to understand patients' goals and concerns.
Explain treatment programs, realistic expectations, pricing and payment options.
Handle questions and objections with confidence and empathy.
Ask for commitment and convert consultations into enrolments.
Achieve agreed initial and subsequent program sales targets.
Build lasting patient relationships
Conduct progress check-ups and review patient photographs.
Support patients throughout their treatment journey.
Discuss ongoing treatment needs and guide subsequent program decisions.
Maintain timely follow-up with prospective and existing patients.
Work with the clinic team and GPs to coordinate appropriate care.
Help the clinic run well
Manage appointments, patient records and CRM activity.
Complete enrolment documentation, process payments and reconcile daily transactions.
Support reception, stock management and daily clinic administration.
Maintain accurate records and protect patient confidentiality.
What you'll bring
You're a confident sales skilled who builds trust, communicates value and knows how to close.
You're comfortable discussing personal concerns and commercial decisions, and you take ownership of both the patient experience and your results.
You'll bring:
At least two years' experience in sales or a customer-facing role with clear sales accountability.
A track record of converting enquiries, retaining customers or growing existing accounts.
Confidence discussing price, handling objections and asking for commitment.
Strong follow-up, organisation and CRM skills.
A professional, empathetic approach to sensitive conversations.
The initiative to contribute to the wider clinic team.
Hair loss or healthcare experience isn't required—we'll provide the relevant training.
Experience in consultative sales, premium retail, dental, optical, cosmetic clinics, allied health or fitness memberships would be highly regarded.
