The Role
Join Stryker's Joint Replacement business and take ownership of the Canberra, ACT territory.
You'll drive growth across public and private hospitals, build strong surgeon partnerships, and be a trusted, credible presence in theatre supporting hip and knee replacement procedures.
This role suits a commercially driven Territory Manager who thrives on accountability, territory ownership, and delivering results in a competitive market.
What You'll Do
Deliver sales targets through disciplined territory planning and execution
Build long-term relationships with orthopaedic surgeons and hospital stakeholders
Provide expert, reliable in-theatre support across Joint Replacement procedures
Grow usage across an implant-led portfolio
Manage pricing, tenders, contracts, and pipeline opportunities
Collaborate with Marketing and Clinical teams to win as one team
What You'll Bring
3+ years' Territory Management or B2B sales experience with a solid track record
Commercial mindset with end-to-end territory ownership
Confident communicator with senior clinical stakeholders
Resilience, accountability, and drive to win
Preferred
Medical Device, Pharma, or Life Sciences experience
Knowledge of Australia's public and private hospital systems
Confidence working in operating theatres
Travel Percentage: 10%
Work Flexibility Remote – Role allows you to work the majority to 100% of time from an alternate workplace.

Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary.
Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based.
Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility.
Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements.
Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category.
Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility.
