This is a technical leadership opportunity for a Professional who can combine strong Engineering, Asset Management and Operational expertise with exceptional people leadership to support the continued growth of our Operations & Maintenance business.Reporting to the General Manager, Operations, this role has responsibility for the leadership and strategic direction of Osmoflo's Asset Management Team including Asset Management, Maintenance Planning, Control Centre and Process Engineering functions.About the RoleAs Manager, Assets, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe, efficient and commercially successful operation of Osmoflo's operational support services.You will lead multidisciplinary teams across:Asset ManagementMaintenance PlanningProcess Engineering ServicesWorking closely with Operations Managers, Engineering teams and Executive Leadership, you will drive asset performance, operational improvements, customer satisfaction and business growth initiatives across Australia, New Zealand and the Asia-Pacific region.Key responsibilities include:Leading and developing a high-performing National Assets teamPromoting a strong safety-first culture across all operationsDriving strategic Asset Management initiatives aligned to ISO***** principlesOverseeing remote monitoring and operational support services through the Control CentreProviding Engineering leadership and technical support to operational sitesDelivering annual strategic plans, budgets and performance objectivesManaging financial performance, resource forecasting and operational reportingSupporting business development activities and client engagement opportunitiesChampioning continuous improvement, innovation and operational excellenceRepresenting Osmoflo with key clients, equipment suppliers and industry stakeholdersDeputising for the General Manager, Operations when requiredJob DescriptionAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will possess:Degree qualification in a relevant Engineering discipline******* years' leadership experience within water, utilities, mining, oil & gas, industrial services or related sectorsStrong experience leading technical and operational teamsDemonstrated commercial acumen with responsibility for budgets, financial performance and executive reportingExperience in strategic planning, governance and organisational improvementExceptional stakeholder engagement and leadership capabilitiesAbility to travel interstate and internationally as requiredHighly RegardedQualifications in Business ManagementChartered Engineer with recognised Asset Management accreditationWorking knowledge of ISO***** Asset Management SystemsIncident management training and experienceWhy Join Osmoflo?
