Our client is a well-established member-focused organisation with a strong presence within its industry and a clear focus on delivering value and support to its members.The organisation is embarking on an exciting period of digital transformation, with plans to enhance its website, CRM, systems and overall digital experience.
This role will be an important part of that journey, helping to shape how members interact with the organisation across its digital channels.About the RoleThis 0.8 FTE Digital Producer role combines hands-on digital production with the opportunity to contribute to a significant digital transformation program.You'll be responsible for managing and uploading content through the organisation's CMS, supporting website improvements and contributing to broader digital experience initiatives.A key component of the role will be your involvement in the organisation's digital transformation strategy.
Working alongside an external consultant and internal working group, you'll have a genuine voice in shaping the future digital experience, ensuring the member remains at the centre of the strategy and decision-making process.You'll also contribute to projects involving the website and CRM ecosystem, making this a varied role for someone who enjoys combining digital production, stakeholder management and project work.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain website content through the organisation's CMSUpload, edit and optimise digital content to ensure a consistent online experienceContribute to website UX and digital experience improvementsPlay an active role in the digital transformation strategy and working groupRepresent the member experience perspective across transformation initiativesIdentify opportunities to improve digital journeys and member interactionsContribute to the review and upgrade of the website and CRM ecosystemWork collaboratively with internal stakeholders,
